Nashville Zanvettor, Big Brother
Nashville (“Nash”) is a behind-the-scenes kind of guy. He has a strong home practice that includes puppy pose, downward facing dog, and savasana. His meditations involve bird and squirrel watching out the picture window. Occasionally his bursting love for yoga causes him to nibble on a yoga mat or interrupt his humans’ practice. Nash’s hobbies include chasing his feline housemates and playing with his canine sister, Frankie. He loves long walks with his girlfriend, Willow Coblyn. Nash finds his yoga practice calming for his puppy body and puppy mind.

Frankie Zanvettor, Kid Sister Frankie joined the family during the pandemic, after spending a short time at Dakin Humane Society. She quickly fit the mold as Nashville’s little sister. Frankie spends her time bouncing around like a kangaroo, chasing Nashville and waking him from his naps, squeezing into the laps of her humans, stealing all the attention, and violating personal boundaries in the most loving way. Frankie’s Yoga Nidra practice brings her nervous system back into balance, helps her calm down, and provides her with much-needed rest.
