Big Brother

Nashville (“Nash”) is a behind-the-scenes kind of guy. He has a strong home practice that includes puppy pose, downward-facing dog, and savasana. His meditations involve bird and squirrel watching out the picture window. Occasionally his bursting love for yoga causes him to nibble on a yoga mat or interrupt his humans’ practice. Nash’s hobbies include chasing his feline housemates, playing with his canine sister, Frankie, and stealing all the toys. Nash finds his yoga practice calming for his doggy body and doggy mind.
