In world that is changing in way that we are not comfortable with, there has been a shift to fear, anger, division, and not listening to each other. No matter which side of the fence you are sitting on, it has affected us all! How do we find our way back to kindness, compassion, unity and maybe even joy?

For many of us, the practices of yoga have changed our lives. This statement may seem dramatic, but it's true. These practices teach us to turn inward, to pay attention, and to notice without judgment. They enable us to find balance in our bodies and minds and develop our overall well-being. Because of these benefits, yoga is an invaluable asset.

In this program we will create a toolbox with some of the yoga practices that will help us with this shift.

We will explore a combination of breathing exercises, asana, and meditation that unite the mind, body, and soul.
